MONOCLEAN Operating Principle
The system operates on a three-stage working principle to break down the most stubborn clay lumps and flawlessly clean the aggregate surfaces:
- Mechanical Interaction: The material is fed into the specially designed MONOCLEAN reactor in a controlled manner. Thanks to the intense mechanical friction and controlled turbulence created here, even the most stubborn clay lumps are completely broken down and removed from the aggregate surfaces.
- Precise Classification with Hydrocyclone: The material discharged from the reactor is directly transmitted to the hydrocyclone system. The released clay and ultra-fine unwanted particles are definitively removed from the system via the hydrocyclone overflow.
- Dewatering and Direct Stockpiling: The cleaned, high-quality product is taken from the underflow and fed to the dewatering screen. This ensures the material is ready to be sent directly to the stockpile area with an extremely low moisture content.
